Mark Triska, Senior Vice President with Colliers International, shares with us an amazing deal for entrepreneurs.

Mark has excelled in representing commercial real estate clients for over 20 years.  He believes in building relationships with clients and will take the time to fully understand their needs and desires. Roe:  Can you give us a brief description of your services?

Mark: Commercial real estate leasing, sales and consulting for office, industrial and research and development users.
   
Roe:  How do your services help entrepreneurs succeed?

Mark:  We show them all possible facilities options in the Tri-Valley and know how to present and negotiate on their behalf.

Roe:  Mark, do you have any tips for tri-valley entrepreneurs to succeed?

Mark: We are paid by the seller and landlord for the services we provide at no charge, so why not be represented by the biggest and best firm in the area?

Roe:  Any special offers or deals you would be willing to offer?
