I had the honor of meeting and interviewing Rob Schock. Rob joined Toby Brink in creating the Tri-Valley Innovation Network (TVIN).  Rob is the executive director of TVIN.
 

TVIN was set up to help entrepreneurs do business.   Rob tells us that the basic notion behind the network, was the idea that “There has to be a more efficient way for entrepreneurs to figure out how they can convert an idea into a business and maybe we can help then do that.”
 

Currently the TVIN helps entrepreneurs identify, locate and contact resources and develop business plans and it’s still growing.
 

TVIN also sets up events to get people together – seminars, workshops roundtables and showcases to attract investors.
 

Rob says, “Come in get your feet wet.  Pick up the phone, give me a call, tell me what it is you need and I’ll figure out someway to try to get it to you.”
